Godly Wisdom

Whoever is led astray by addiction is not wise

Everything is possible in Jesus Christ who gives us strength to overcome

Jesus said, you will know the truth and the truth will set you free

Jesus said, I have come that you may have life, and have it to the full

God will graciously forgive all our sin, if we submit our self before Him

If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation: the old has gone, and the new has come

CASE THAT CHALLENGES

TRUE LIFE STORY OF -SENTI JAMIR

During my eight years of struggle with addiction to heroin, I have closely watched my life rotting away to oblivion. Allowing my addiction to gain complete control over my life, albeit involuntarily. What was even more painful was to see my self -dignity and self-worth slipping away from me further and further away like a fading twilight sun set.

Family members showed neglect, was written off by society, ran into problems with law, brawling and cheating. Every effort to change myself ended up in failure, pushing me further into the abyss of isolation. However, deliverance from addiction came when I accepted the healing offered by Jesus at the cross; giving me a new life and hope. Praise Jesus, the greatest healer. For the last 15 years I start my day with a cup of Chai (tea) not with a shot of heroin.
