Practical Tips
Give yourself permission to grieve
Express whatever you are feeling anger, guilt, sadness…,
Crying is not a sign of weakness, cry if you need to
Go gently on your self, it takes time to absorb a major loss
Talk with friends and family about the loss and how you feel
Do not make any major decision when you are grieving
Journaling your thoughts and feelings can be a comfort giving exercise
Pour your heart to Jesus who cares
